Return Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the ticket purchase process for events produced by Gnarly Hops and Culpeper Renaissance, Inc. (“Event”). The Event will offer participants the opportunity to enjoy food, beverages, music, and/or on-site activities. By purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy.

Gnarly Hops and Culpeper Renaissance, Inc. reserve the right, in our sole discretion, whether for safety reasons, weather, business considerations, or otherwise, and with or without prior notice, to cancel or reschedule the Event. Event tickets are NONREFUNDABLE unless the Event is canceled in its entirety. You bear all risks of inclement weather.

In the event of a postponement, we do not offer refunds. In no event will we be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, for lost profits, or for any travel, travel-related or hotel expenses, whether based upon breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

If the Event is canceled in its entirety, you will receive an automatic refund for the purchase price of the tickets purchased online. If you purchased your tickets at a retail location or via another method, refunds must be requested via Culpeper Renaissance, Inc. (540.825.4416) within 21 days of the Event's latest scheduled date. Ticket delivery and retail pickup fees will not be refunded. Notice of any cancelations will be posted on the Event website. Tickets are not redeemable for cash. Unused tickets will not be refunded.
